CEDAW- Gender-based violence

(1) To amend the Te Rau N Te Mwenga Act to specifically define and criminalize marital rape and allocate the resources necessary for the implementation of the Act and associated action plans; (2) To designate safe spaces for victims and survivors of gender-based violence, including sexual violence, throughout the State party's territory.
