Brief Description

According to Thailand’s 2022 fiscal year performance report, a total of 2,371 agencies submitted implementation reports in line with the Cabinet Resolution on Preventive and Corrective Measures on Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, approved on 21 April 2020. Among these, 51 agencies primarily from the public sector reported incidents of sexual harassment. In most cases, internal investigations were carried out and disciplinary actions were taken against the offenders according to each agency’s internal regulations. This reflects increased institutional accountability and enforcement of national measures to prevent and respond to workplace sexual harassment.
