Brief Description

According to administrative data from the 1300 Hotline operated by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security in Thailand, a total of 12,490 cases of violence were reported between 2020 and 2023. Among the victims, 9,493 were female and 2,997 were male. Notably, 5,148 of the victims were children, with most cases involving violence occurring within the family. The data provides key insights into the scale and gender dimensions of violence and is used to inform service provision and policy development.
