Eight years after the entry into force of Decree No. 9-2016, the Law on Immediate Search for Missing Women, the MP, together with Conaprevi and Mingob, approved GA No. 42-2023, Regulations of the BIMD Law, which seeks to develop procedures and actions to expedite and achieve the location and protection of women who are missing. The Regulations establish the actions that the PNC and the MP must take upon receiving a report and the content of the detailed reports after 6 and 24 hours of the report, as well as the procedures for urgent actions that the MP must carry out during the process of receiving and investigating reports and for preparing and disseminating the Isabel-Claudina Alert bulletin.

Después de 8 años de la entrada en vigor el Decreto No. 9-2016, Ley de Búsqueda Inmediata de Mujeres Desaparecidas el MP en conjunto con la Conaprevi y el Mingob, aprobó el AG No. 42- 2023, Reglamento de la Ley de BIMD, que busca desarrollar procedimientos y acciones para agilizar y lograr la localización y resguardo de las mujeres que se encuentran desaparecidas. En el Reglamento se establecen las acciones que debe realizar la PNC y el MP al momento de recibir una denuncia y el contenido de los informes circunstanciados luego de transcurridas 6 y 24 horas del reporte, así como los procedimientos para las diligencias urgentes que debe realizar el MP durante el proceso de recepción e investigación de los reportes y para elaborar y difundir el boletín de Alerta Isabel-Claudina.
