Brief Description

The Ministry of Education - Mineduc socializes Decree No. 19-2022, the Law Against School Harassment Known as "Bullying," to primary and basic cycle students throughout the country. It aims to change attitudes, behaviors, beliefs, and promote safe spaces. 14,652 students and 3,157 supervisors, principals of educational centers, and teachers participated. In coordination with Svet, it has strengthened the capacities of 26,000 primary and basic cycle teachers in the prevention of the crimes of SV, exploitation, and trafficking in persons. In 2023, in coordination with MSPAS and PGN, it implemented a virtual diploma course on the prevention of violence in school contexts, with the participation of 9,700 teachers; in addition, together with Mingob, it enabled the number 1510 to report SV safely and anonymously in educational centers.

Participaron 14,652 estudiantes y 3,157 supervisores, directores de centros educativos y docentes. En coordinación con Svet, ha fortalecido las capacidades de 26,000 docentes del nivel de educación primaria y ciclo básico, en prevención de los delitos VS, explotación y trata de personas. En 2023, en coordinación con MSPAS y PGN, implementó diplomado virtual sobre la prevención de violencia en contextos escolares, participaron 9,700 docentes; además, en conjunto con Mingob, habilitó el número 1510 para denunciar de forma segura y anónima la VS en centros educativos.
