Brief Description
p>The Secretariat Against Sexual Violence, Exploitation and Trafficking in Persons (Svet) has carried out awareness and sensitization campaigns about Sexual Violence (SV), exploitation, and human trafficking, such as the campaign No+sexual violence. It has also conducted informational processes aimed at community actors and developed technical tools to guide victim support and the provision of reparative measures. It implements the program "School for Families: Prevention of Sexual Violence" to strengthen child protection nationwide (Government of Guatemala, 2023).

La Secretaría Contra la Violencia Sexual, Explotación y Trata de Personas (Svet) ha llevado a cabo campañas de sensibilización y concientización sobre la Violencia Sexual (VS), explotación y trata de personas como la denominada No+violencia sexual, procesos informativos dirigidos a actores comunitarios y ha elaborado instrumentos técnicos que orienten la atención de las víctimas y el otorgamiento de medidas de reparación. Implementa el programa Escuela para Familias: Prevención de la Violencia Sexual, para fortalecer la protección de la niñez a nivel nacional (Estado de Guatemala, 2023).
