This bill, presented in 2020 under the leadership of the MMEG, is part of the action plan of the National Policy for Gender Equality in STCI and seeks to prevent violence and discrimination in digital environments, as well as to raise awareness, in educational contexts, among children and adolescents about the responsible use of social networks and the internet in general. In addition, it is aimed at promoting the delivery of tools to report situations of cyberbullying in the school community. The bill is currently in the first constitutional stage. It is also worth mentioning the enactment in 2022 of Law 21,522 that incorporates as a crime to the Penal Code "Anyone who, using technical devices, transmits the image or sound of a situation or interaction that allows witnessing, observing or listening to the performance of a sexual action or an action of sexual significance, by a person under eighteen years of age". Este proyecto de Ley, presentado el año 2020 bajo el liderazgo del MMEG, forma parte del plan de acción de la Política Nacional de Igualdad de Género en CTCI y busca evitar la violencia y discriminación en entornos digitales, así como concientizar, en contextos educacionales, a las niñeces y adolescentes sobre el uso responsable de redes sociales e internet en general. Además, está orientada a promover la entrega de herramientas para denunciar situaciones de ciberacoso en la comunidad escolar. Actualmente el proyecto se encuentra actualmente en primer trámite constitucional. Cabe hacer también mención a la promulgación el año 2022 de la ley 21.522 que incorpora como delito al Código Penal “El que usando dispositivos técnicos transmitiere la imagen o sonido de una situación o interacción que permitiere presenciar, observar o escuchar la realización de una acción sexual o de una acción de significación sexual, por parte de una persona menor de dieciocho años”.
