This programme aimed to contribute to the development of Cameroonian women and men, girls and boys, through a developed social protection base, particularly with regard to the promotion and protection of women's/girls' rights; a framework in which socio-cultural burdens are reduced and in which women and girls are free from all forms of discrimination and gender-based violence while men are positively involved in the fight against these scourges; increased and equitable access for the most vulnerable categories to health, legal, judicial, educational, psychosocial and economic services; the production of knowledge on the typology of violence during the life cycle, the root causes of this violence and approaches to solutions.
