Decree No. 11.436/2023 instituted a Training Grant Program offering R$ 900/month to public security agents (police, guards, firefighters) who enroll in training courses such as “National Course on Assistance to Women in Situations of Violence” and “Public Security and Violence against Women and Girls: From Confrontation to Female Protagonism”.
