Brief Description

Organic Law No. 22-10 on the Judicial Organization of June 9, 2022 stipulates that judicial bodies may hold their sessions, if necessary, at another location within their jurisdiction. The Minister of Justice issued a decision in November 2022, stipulating that some judicial bodies may hold mobile sessions to reduce financial burdens and geographical distance.
