The educational program, "Reception, Guidance, and Accompanying Women Victims of Violence and Their Children" was included in the program of students of the National Centers for the Training of Specialized Personnel in the Social Solidarity Sector. The main aim of this program was to enhance social work and to ensure the provision of specialized human resources in the field. To this end, the teachers of the centers were also trained. This is in addition to free green line service at the disposal of citizens to receive their phone calls, through which the directorates of social activity psychological support and information and guidance, as requested by each case.
