El boletín estadístico se realiza en el marco del inicio del Proyecto “Women Count Colombia” y presenta algunas de las manifestaciones de discriminación contra las mujeres y las brechas de desigualdad en la economía, mostrando la importancia de contar con información estadística oportuna y de calidad para orientar la toma de acciones informadas.

This statistical bulletin was produced in preparation for implementing the Women Count programme in Colombia. It presents an overview of the discrimination against women and inequality gaps in the context of the economy. It also highlights the importance of having timely and quality statistical information for evidence-based policy action.
