Chief statisticians answer: "What does gender statistics mean to you?"

On the margins of the 50th Session of the UN Statistical Commission, UN Women hosted a dinner event for partners of  Women Count on the role of statisticans in effecting a radical shift in gender statistics. At this event, we asked some of our partners to talk about the importance of gender data. We asked them: "What does gender statistics mean to you?" And here are their answers.
